Meet Jess Heron

Jess has always been drawn to the kind of healing that doesn’t always show up on a chart; the emotional and energetic layers and the connection between how we live and how we feel, both inside and out. That pull toward deeper understanding led her into Nursing, where she spent over a decade caring for patients across Ontario, BC and Australia. Along the way, she witnessed both the value and the limits of conventional care and felt called to something more integrative.

At Well Approach, she brings together clinical experience and spiritual curiosity, blending functional medicine and regenerative aesthetics in a way that honours the whole person. Her work is rooted in science but guided by intuition, presence and a deep respect for the body’s wisdom and capacity to heal.
